回顾与梦想

我的2011是没有虚度的一年, 所以这里要提出表扬一下. 在2011以前的很多年, 我都是在无聊寂寞和单调的打发日子, 即使有了孩子, 我还是找不到可以放飞自己的天空. 2011我开始了自己的生意, 一开始就实现了我的市场计划. 甚至超过预期, 很让我兴奋. 父母劳工对我的认识也提升了一个空间, 这里我要告诉所有那些不被别人承认的人们, 不要在乎别人的怀疑, 只有你自己知道你自己. 说服别人的最好办法是不要试图说太多, 直到你冷不防端出一盘牛肉.

2011年是辛苦的一年, 我为生意付出的筹备和精力, 没有办法和别人说. 当一些人劝我要好好保养, 别太辛苦的时候, 我只能轻轻一笑. 这些同样的人们, 每天聊着幻想着高收入和稳定的工作,  但却吝啬着付出时间, 脑力和体力.

2011是我加深对自己的认识的一年, 了解了自己的能量和优势, 同时也明白了自己在处理人际关系, 选择人和管理人方面还有很多可以学习.  这一年所想所学超过我过去的很多年. 所以是值得的一年.

2012年将是扩张和完善的一年, 计划主要放在下半年, 上半年继续储存人力资源和完善现有的框架, 让它变得更有效率, 也更容易操作.
