2) you are probably the biggest landlord here on the forum, thus own the most 1st hand rental data as well. No body can compete your data.
3) since your data is so valuable, could you record and post all your historical data as well.
4) if you only give out one rent out percentage, you only give out some data
5) if you provide a series of data with relationships between them, you provide much useful information.
6) if you present continuous information with pattern, then you give us knowledge
7) if you add your insight and analysis with your knowledge, you can teach us something called wisdom.
8) then readers like me can make some decisions using your wisdom.
