在一个Home Builder公司工作好几年了，有机会看到很多样板房。贴几套和大家共赏。喜欢的话再继续贴。

第一套楼盘基本资料:

位置：美国加州Los Angeles

面积：4200平方英尺=400+平方米

价格：＄1，500，000。00 （包括基本装修，但不包括升级装修和家具）

占地：12，000。00平方英尺=1，200+平方米

The family room is just like mine with dark-color exposed overhead beam, dark-color wood floor,the fireplace, huge window and the setting of the sofa, even the red-flowered curtain ... Looks like the other end of the family room is a stair.
