虽然RE 大气候不好， 但 RE is local, 机会总是有的。
我RE经验不多 _:$ 想请问各大师：
1 Round Rock TX vs RTP NC, which has a better potential for RE appreciation?
2 Among 4 ratios for RE investment (Cap Rate, Cash ROI, Total ROI, DCSR), which one do you care most? ( I prefer Cash ROI).
3 For Long distance RE investment, how to find a good PM (property management) and how to get a good tenant?
4 Other than 1031 exchange, is there any way to cash your RE gain without paying cap gain tax?
