1.外科急腹症患者在没有明确诊断之前，应严格执行的“四禁”是：禁止痛、禁饮食、禁灌肠、禁服泻药。
2、腹膜刺激征的表现为腹部压痛、反跳痛、腹肌紧张。
3、先发热后腹痛，多以内科科疾病为主；先腹痛后发热，多以外科科疾病为主。
4、异位妊娠的三大主要症状为：停经、**流血、腹痛。
