我们的hsa账户支付的都是去看医生，牙医，眼科医生，配眼镜，买药之类的医疗费用，是QUALIFIEDMEDICALEXPENSE,为什么IRS会在没有任何凭据的情况下认定那些不合法，让我们交税？想象不出他们为什么这样假定？我是网上申报的，没有邮寄相关的发票收据给IRS，有可能是这个原因吗？
