客户 open a case on ebay 我有胜的可能吗？

借光问一下如果恶霸上的客户以没收到货为由告我的话，我只有trackingnoshow
Delivered（显示货已送到）我没买保险。像这种case我有胜的可能吗？这种事大家都是怎么办的。就二话不说退款吗？我真的有点不服。如果每个人都说没受到的话，那这东西还能卖吗？[阅读全文]

请教ebay内行，如何加筛选客户的功能。

今天收到一个恶意的feedback。这个ebaybuyer没有任何credit我的东西是他买的第一件并且留了一个恶意的feedback。我想设立一个filter把credit低于10个的过滤掉。但是不知道ebay是不是有这个功能。请懂行的指点或支招。这里先谢谢过了。[阅读全文]
