Perhaps love

Did you say that you already knew you loved me? You said it only took you 10 minutes. I laughed it out like it is the most absurd thing I ever heard. But I know it only took me 5 minutes. I did the calculation: It took you twice as long, but maybe it is not one half as deep as my feelings. So I decided to keep it only to myself. The worst thing about growing up is that we lost the courage to love as a young kid. The all out kind of love, the kind you forget about the whole world, reckless love. hard to find and harder to maintain. I want you to hold my hands, and look into my eyes.
