新疆七五恐怖暴力杀人动乱大事件举世震惊，一个已经相当文明进步的中国居然还可能发生如此大规模暴力杀人恐怖事件，反映了中国政府执政的三大严重缺陷，一是情报能力极其差劲，二是警察力量严重不足，三是中国各级政府对付暴力杀人动乱事件应急心态缺乏，一句话，中国政府对大规模暴力动乱恐怖事件远远缺乏处理应急措施，也没有预测未来动乱危机的机制，还没有有效应对暴力危机恐怖事件的准备机构，大问题一个啊？

尽管中国政府已经对情报能力花费相当大的功夫和经费，但是中国的对内和对外情报运作能力十分低劣，新疆七五这么大而恶性暴力杀人暴乱恐怖事件，居然发生在中国各级政府和情报警察机构的眼皮底下，中国的情报机构难道不需要加强吗？

中国法制警察应急能力很缓慢低下，新疆七五恶性大规模暴力杀人恐怖事件居然可以发生，而且还有近二百人被杀，一个文明社会绝对不可以容忍的事实，中国各级政府的法制应对暴力恐怖事件能力实在成问题啊？中国武警民警的应付暴力杀人能力实在不够吧？

最重要的事实是中国各级官员对预防阻止应对大规模暴力杀人动乱恐怖事件的心态很缺乏，本次新疆七五暴力杀人恐怖事件说明了一个大问题，就是中国各级官员对于复杂的中国内部矛盾冲突暴力杀人动乱恐怖危机四伏的心灵准备和危机意识很不足？

中国内部和四周充满着暴乱恐怖危机，这一点大家都很明白，但是中国政府迟迟没有动作，应对暴力恐怖事件能力严重不足，官员应对恐怖心态和意识缺乏，中国情报能力很差，法制警察应急反恐能力实在是不敢恭维，长此以往，怎么得了啊？

It is unbelievable that it took the police 6 hours to arrive after the rioters started to kill. A lot of officials should be removed from their positions. They are unqualified.

I completely agree with you. I don't think the Chinese police force is well trained and equipped. And their mentality is flawed when it comes to deal with minority. Rioter should be treated as rioter and dealt with force. Slogans will not slow down murderers.
In a broader sense, the Chinese government need to rethink their current policy toward minorities. If they can be treated equally, not favorably or unfavorably, then we may have a "harmonious" society.
