两会后的北京

两会后的北京有两个政策上的新动向。

一是将“民宅禁商”的规定从《北京市房屋租赁管理办法》的草案中删除，是人大刚刚通过的物权法的影响结果。北京的住宅楼房，一二层临街的单元被商业化已经很普及，可以跟香港比了。

另一是将暂时不解禁路边商贩。人大会议上曾有代表提出接近路边商贩，要给人民留出生存空间。目前上海已经禁改限，这种方式据管理者称北京实施起来有困难。暂不解禁有好处，目前各住宅小区的交通状况比2年前好很多。当然由于政府执法的灵活，街边小摊并未杜绝。比如我常年经过的一家在街角的报摊小车，一直还在，挺方便。

It is great to view your blog touching a broad of the subjects. I write here is not to comment on your writing, but suggest you taking a look at my blog where I just put two papers, which talk about the Chinese writer, Tie Ning, president of the Chinese Writers' Union, in which there were a few words touching the famous Chinese wrier, Jia Pinyue who wrote the long story, "Fei-Du".
