因丫丫在家,今儿个的午餐没对付,其实就两个简单的菜,家常的不能在家常了,也是对付了,但还是满可口的……

开洋丝瓜

韩国泡菜,俺们东北银有时又叫它酸辣白菜,坛子里有很多人贴了做法,俺就不多写了.

蒜茄子(酸辣白菜, 蒜茄子都是小菜了,但很清淡可口)

腌蒜茄子的方法非常简单:
俺还加了香菜,不喜欢蒜味的,可用小青椒和香菜,盐来腌辣茄子,味道清香,也不错的…….
1.小嫩茄子洗净,蒸锅水烧开.摆入茄子,就那么横横竖竖的,中间留有空间透气,蒸8-10 分钟,不可太长时间,刚软就好了,马上拿出晾凉.
2.蒜可用food processor绞碎成蒜泥,也可用蒜缸子捣成泥.香菜要切碎,
3.再将蒜泥,盐和香菜碎拌均.把茄子从中间用筷子分开,再划出深沟来,抹均蒜泥料就成了.
4.蒜茄子马上就可以吃了,可用大瓶子或带盖的容器装,放倒冰箱里慢慢吃.

还烤了榛子,香啊!(350度,烤20-25分钟,各家的烤香温度不一样,要时常观察,小心不要烤糊了)
