Florence, the birthplace of the renaissance, is a gorgeous city and a must-visit for anyone traveling to Tuscany.

Hotel: Hotel Plaza Ognissanti (10/14 - 16)

 

• Train to Pisa after arrive Florence.  It’s a half day trip.  Not much to see other than Pisa Tower.  不过去一趟也不麻烦，算是打个卡吧。
• Boboli Gardens $6 and Pitti Palace, $11。   Pitti Palace 还是很值得看的。
• Duomo. 百花大教堂 。
• Cathedral of Santa Maria (free)
• Piazza della Signoria (behind Uffizi Gallery)
• Uffizi Gallery.   (This is a must see, audio guide is necessary)
• Accademia Gallery,  see David by Michelangelo.   (We plan to visit this in the morning of the day when we leave Florence, but we over slept and couldn’t make.  )
