现代社会，没有君王了。政府是人民的雇员而已。三权都是宪法的产物。
Abortion is the balance of two lives and is the responsibility of the government. But different communities and states have different attitudes towards this balance, just like some states have the death penalty and some states don't. The constitution also has no clear clause, so this balance decision does not belong to the federation, but to the states.
Gun rights are a balance between individual freedom and government, and cannot be violated at will by the government. The constitution restricts the government, not the people.
