找agent有条件选择吗？

1，有经验丰富的，很快发现你房的缺点，导你改善。

2，agent fee少，目前最低的是一方2.5%，一方1.5%。

3，agent有人脈，有时房还没上市，就帮你卖出去了。

4，勤于服务，别跟你签合同後，人就不见了。
