别租房给handyman。。。。。像波大这种甚么都懂的。。。

1，handyman租房，特挑剔，要求完美，比别的房客，得多花钱修理到他满意为止。

2，他们可能要求，替你修理来换“免付租金”，最糟糕的是，没完没了，收不到租，还要告你，没尽房主之责。

你有办法，拒租handyman，如果他们的credit 分数达标？（俺有很坏的经历！）
