谈判超级高手。。。。。。。

这租客是谈判高手！看他如何高法。。。。。。。

 

他，30多岁的阿拉伯王子类帅哥，高瘦，穿黑色衣裤，IT工作，来看一房一厕的condo。

他迷人地微笑说：“啊！这正是我要找的condo，prefect！just what I want！”

我很高兴，他信用810分高好，收入可买下任何condo now，催他：“我们签约吧！”

他又微笑地说：“签约，没问题啊！”

我拿出房约放桌上，他突然说：“有个小小的问题，问你，可以每月少30元吗？你隔壁condo就是少30元，但我比较喜欢你的condo，阳光比较充足！”

为了拿下他，我说：“少30元，没问题！”

我拿出笔，准备要跟他签约。

他又微笑：“还又个不是问题的问题，可问吗？”

我有点不耐烦了：“OK，说吧！”

他轻声地说：“我可以跟你签一年约，绝对没有任何问题，就是万一，我的电脑公司要派我去纽约，半年或3个月以后搬走，不罚钱，可以吗？我是说”万一“的话。。。。。“

我也不想立刻得罪这种渣男，说：”这情况，我得跟我老公知会一声，大概没啥问题，你先回去，等我的好消息，好吗？“

他一滚，我马上大骂：”去你爷爷的，本人没空跟你玩谈判！“
