如何处理难看的外梯墙？

 

看，上面是隔壁邻居雇的韩工（价贵），多年的外梯砖，缝细出现露空时，他用工具，填糊水泥，弄得很漂亮。

下面是我们贪便宜，雇的墨工，就直接糊上水泥，风吹雨淋的，变成黑花班滥的外貌，你有没办法補救，改貌吗？
