同时雇两个agent ？官司赢600万！

美国很多各国来的移民，对房产买卖法，一概不通。

多年前，在马利兰州出了一粧大案子：

一买房客，先签约了一agent，看了房子，半满意，当时没买。

隔了一周，买家又找了同家公司的别的agent，再次看房，买了房，agent fee 归第二个agent。

第一agent告上法庭，理由是种族岐视，和违约。买家是俄国移民白人，第二个agent也是白人。

中国agent是第一个agent， 赢了官司，得赔偿金600 万，当时轰动一时，尤其是华人圈多的马利兰州！

我刚开始买房找了个有名的agent，当然她总是很忙很忙的，老是约，又改期，因为我买的房子是低价屋，她当然把卖百万房的约，摆第一位！

我也找了几个agent看房，都没签约，看中了的那个agent，才签约，好像也没事。

你认为可以吗？同时找几个agent看房？

卖房，也可找几个agent吗？（大概更麻烦！）
