Re: Prof Tu Youyou won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine!

I feel so proud and excited that Prof Tu Youyou won the 2015 Nobel Prize in Medicine. She is a typical representive of Chinese scientists, worked so hard with her colleages, conducted numeous experiments, and eventually found artemisinin from Chinese herb medicine under an extreme harship conditions in 1970s. This compound is a key ingredient to treat malaria and has saved millions of lives since it was discovered by Prof Tu. There is No doubt that Prof Tu deserves the Nobel Prize. Yesterday was the big festival for all Chinese people, especially for all Chinese scientists.

It can be anticipated that more scientists from China will win the Nobel Prizes in the near future!
