建立公平合理的退休保障体系

I have proposed this idea for over 20 years, and am happy to see it comes to true to some extent in today's China. However, there is still a long distance to go for establishing a fair, reasonable and affordable senior security system in China.

I strongly suggest that such a system should cover each senior in every corner in China regardless where they are living in the country to support them to have a dignity life. Yes, this seems impossible to achieve, but actually it is happenning in today's China even though more work should be done regarding to make it more fair and treat each senoir equally.

A basic security system should be setup to reflect the advantage of the China social-political system - that has a core value of people-centered system as pointed out by President Xi JinPing who has inherited the policy of Chairman Mao ZeDong - 'Serve the people'. This actually continues the convention of over 3000 years' China governing system.
