我一直喜欢的护肤品清单

近些年我试用过的,喜爱的护肤品清单（真心推荐经典款-我的皮肤保养秘笈）

 

年轻时不曾好好打理自己的皮肤，不情愿往脸上糊钱。近几年才开始好好打理，不打理不行，大多数人，人到中年，什么都往下坠，什么都耷拉着，脸上长皱纹不说，还有斑点疹子，肤色不匀。还好，我在趁着脸上皱纹不算多的时候加入了认真护肤的行列，把年轻时省下的护肤钱现在用到刀刃上。

现在不论走到哪，都有认识或不认识的人夸我的皮肤好，都以为我是三十来岁，还请教我护肤秘诀（以前没有过，人年轻时皮肤好而细，把脸洗干净，擦点保湿霜就好了），着实是让我心花怒放。90% 是我使用过的，正装或小样儿，您不用全部同时拥有，到SEPHORA 或 NORDSTROM 的店里试一试，每年选两三样使用就好了。

 

1. 绿茶洗面奶

我现在每天早晚用，很好使，还有淡淡的绿茶香味

我一周使用两晚。您要是年轻时得过青春痘留下疤痕痘印，这个很好使，最好晚上使，以免白天和阳光有反应。我因年轻时没起过青春痘，也没张过唑疮，一周使2次抗抗皮肤衰老氧化就够了。（自我理解着使，效果不错，早上睡醒脸又嫩又光亮，最好的果酸配方和比例）
