Yes you are right I am working in a Chinese company and I learn lots of things from Chinese college and how they operate their company
1. Everything they record
2. Everything organized
3. Everything is shared with all employees
4. Every one knows all the details from lower level to higher level
5. They take everyone's opinion but they do whatever they decide for better growth
6. They are not cheating with employees
7. They respect every senior order
8. He is learning from everyone and he gives everyone opportunity to grow
9. He is not angry on any level mistake talk and solve the mistake and promote the problem to avoid next time
10. This thing helps our company to grow and our employees need to learn for future development in a very fast way

India's ~50% population is in 5 states : UP MP Bihar WB & Maharashtra...UP is upgrading with 3/10 share but Bihar isn't...West Bengal was 'The Finance Hub' of India just a few decades back....If Maharashtra were in China it would have been 14th Largest Economy & not Largest Economy like here in India...So Fixing These 5 State Economy will benefit us as they represent 50% of us... South India is doing good...NE India is small & Sikkim Mizoram etc Per Capita is high except Assam which is upgrading under HBS govt????

Whether it's communism or capitalism, power resides around a person or group only. Leader can be either Lee Kuan Yew or Kim Jong Un. It all depends on fortune and citizens.

One thing I Like about China is that It heavily Funds its companies, China funds Tencent, Deepseek, vivo, oppo, xiaomi and these became global brands

The flaw I saw in your video is that not having democracy also cost China heavily. Just think that if Mao Zedong's decision was challenged by oppositions in China then famine could've been avoided. it doesn't matter whether a country have a Democracy or Communism or Socialism, if the leaders are stupid or incompetent, the nation will suffer.

Simple :- China had intelligent leaders in CCP who were technocrats I. E engineers, architeccts, basically professionals.
In India when u have politicians like Mamta, Yogi, Modi, lalu nitish who know nothing except hindu -muslim, caste, etc u can't develop even in 1000 years

As a Chinese person, I think this video provides a fairly objective description of historical phenomena and the methods behind those successes. Broadly speaking, there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with it—but the understanding remains somewhat superficial.
If India wants to learn from China, it shouldn’t just imitate the surface-level methods. Instead, it should seek to understand the deeper underlying logic.
Let’s suppose, hypothetically, that China’s series of reforms in the 1980s had failed rather than succeeded—would it have ended up as yet another once-promising but ultimately stagnating Southeast Asian country?
In my experience, most Chinese people don’t believe—at least not intuitively—that success can be achieved through short-term correct decisions and good luck alone. In fact, China’s leadership has made quite a few significant mistakes in its history—many of which are still endlessly criticized by Western mainstream media. But none of those mistakes led to catastrophic collapse. That is the real reason behind China’s long-term success. There are three core factors behind it:
1.A complete, independent industrial system that does not rely on other countries, ensuring that in times of social crisis, the nation can shut itself off and weather the storm on its own. Achieving this requires the second factor.
2.Effective, at least functional, and not merely cosmetic infrastructure projects, to ensure that during a crisis, the industrial system can continue to operate normally. Achieving this requires the third factor.
3.Strong social mobilization capacity, organizational coherence among citizens, and a broadly accessible public education system. These are the prerequisites for any government-directed intervention to be effective.
These three factors don’t have to be world-class—but they must be at least minimally adequate and functional under all circumstances. China may fall short in many areas, but these three are always treated with the highest possible priority.
So—how is India doing in these areas?
Simple :- China focused on INDUSTRIALISATION and URBANISATION.
India is still 70% rural.
No country on PLANET HAS BECOME RICH BY HAVING 70% people in agriculture sector.

1. Democracy always not perfect.
2. Democracy perfect when political leader agenda to develop country, but not giving freebies and not playing blame game.

China respects and honors talented youth in its country, whereas in India, talent is not valued — only reservation prevails. In India, even with zero marks, one can become a teacher or professor.

In China, land is owned by government and you can lease it for 70 years. If you build something it’s yours but there is no guarantee that after 70 years the government will renew your lease or not

China china karene waalo. Jhel loge china jaise rule aur regulations ? ?1500 -?2500 per month ke liye log vote bech dete hai. China main koi quota nhi hai. Language ki bakwas nhi hai. Hum thoda sa bhi change jhel nhi paate aur china china karte hai. Kitni freedom hai china main ? 2 child policy bhi laaya tha china. Yaha kuch log darjano ke hisab se bacche karte hai. Aur kitne Indians main civic sense hai? Thode se paise aate he har aadmi kudh ko sabka baap samjhta hai. Hum sirf blame karte hai. Sarkar ki galti, iski galti uski galti. Bhai agar changes chaheye toh bohot kuch change karne ki zarurat hai even the constitution. Strict laws are required. Aur ‘Jail is an exception and bail is a rule’ ye rule bhi change hona chaheye.
