2008年， 在Versailles的个展时，Koons混在人群里，听见一个保安一边看着展品一边用法语说：“merde, merde, merde”。

Jeff Koons被誉为是Warhol的接班人，是艺术市场和流行文化的宠儿，但是却被传统艺术界所嫌弃。艺评界对其作品也是走两个极端。

比起一般的艺术家，他的工作室更像个工厂。2014年，Koons的工作室（下图）有128名员工，其中64名在Painintg Department，44名在Sculpture Department，10名在Digital Department，10名从事文职工作。Koons的创造有这些人成为现实。某种意义上Jeff Koons更像是一个商标，但是所有商品都有Koons一人策划。Jeff Koons的这种艺术理念很是领先。最近一个关于AI如何改变未来生活的讨论，就提出欧洲父母会在未来让子女去从事艺术创造和表演类学科，而放弃热门的法律，经济和金融，因为这些职业中的机械化岗位会被AI所取代。AI未来可以模仿大师笔触，模仿大师构图，却无法模仿大师的创造性。AI只能从于流派，而无法发展出新的额流派。

虽然Jeff Koons在80年代的作品就已经很热了，但是个人对Made In Heaven之前的系列都不感冒。个人觉得Made In Heaven开始，Jeff Koons的作品才是对流行文化狂欢。下面简单回顾下，Jeff Koons的作评，争议很多，故事也不少。

The New 系列：

上图是其中一件，其他很多都是这样的，不同吸尘器摆在一起。去参观这个展，会不会觉得进错了楼。

Equilibrium 系列： 

这系列里有很多作品，其中出境最多的，要数NBA的篮球（下图是其中一件）。打一次展出时，就很大脸，很多人不知什么意思，就把球摆那，连说明也没有。不过，这些球，还是不断轮流地在全球各大当代艺术美术馆展出。

Banality 系列：

Sting of Puppies, 1988, polychromed wood

Sting of Puppies（上图），是Jeff Koons用明信片上的照片创造了真人大小的雕塑。1992年，Koons因没有得到拍摄者的同意而使用该照片，败诉。虽然败诉，最后，这雕像还是卖了$100,000。这雕像偶觉得有种说不出地吓人。

Made In Heaven 系列：

Jeff Koons找了Cicciolina(IIona Staller)来作模特，本来说打算拍电影的，后来没拍成，两人结婚生子去了。Cicciolina是意大利的色情演员后来从政成了意大利的政府议员（Italian MP：1987-1992），人生也是开挂的，小电影，MP，唱歌，嫁大师，多首流行乐为她而写，组建政党。这段婚姻维持7年，离婚后，两人开始争子大战。美国判儿子监护权归Koons，意大利判抚养权归Staller还要Koons补教赡养费。因为争子大战和Koons的其他Copy rights之争，使得2000-2001年Koons几乎在破产边缘。峰回路转，Koons现在身价超过$1B。

Koons除了拍了不少两人热身照，这系列里，还做了不少玻璃雕像。都是两人换着不同姿势的愉悦情景。除了这些儿童不宜的外，还有些老少皆宜的（下图是之一）。

Puppy：

1992，Koons创造了这个大花狗，最初是摆在Schloss Arolsen（Arolsen Castle），Arolsen， Germany。同年，Koons还根据照片，画了幅油画（下图）。

这大花狗，被Hugo Boss买下捐给了，1997年10月要开馆的Guggenheim Museum Bilbao（GMB），Spain（见下图）门前。当年10月18日GMB要正式开馆，10月13日两名警察路过巡查，发现一可以汽车停在附近，上去一查，没想破获了一场恐袭，一名恐怖分子被当场击毙，剩下两名被抓。当时三名恐怖分子正往大狗的花盆里放手榴弹。最后警察共发现了12颗手榴弹。

Celebration 系列：

1994-2010年，Balloon dog， Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel with Transparent Color Coating

Koons在他的Celebration系列里造了5只不同颜色的，3米多高的 不锈钢 雕塑。2013年的时候，橘色的那只，拍卖了$58M，成为当时最贵的在世艺术家的艺术品。这雕像虽然很流行，但在评论界里恶评如潮，很多评论家说这系列是为迎合商业而作，毫无艺术性可言。这五只狗是偶的大爱，看着就给人一种活力和激情，和Celebration很配。

2014年， Whitney Museum of American Art，NYC

2014年 Koons第一次个展，不是一般的个展，是整个 Whitney Museum，NYC都是他的个人展品。Whitney Museum of American Art里摆满了Jeff Koons15年来的不同系列的展品。虽然参观者如潮（WMAA，不得不在展出的最后周末里，连续开馆36小时），但艺术评论界也是批评如潮。

The NewYork Review of Books：“Vacuum”,“Baloney”,"Emotionlly dead"

The Nation周刊的艺术评论家Barry Schwabsky，更是把Koons的作品比为Walmark出产的东西。

个人觉得Barry Schwabsky绝对是偏心，他老婆Carol Szymanski的雕塑差不多和Koons一个风格，管不住家里的，就只好管外面的 ；P。

Youtube上有这个展的纪录片，喜欢可以去看看，才1个多小时。

该展览的最后一周，Celebration系列中的Hanging Heart（Red/Gold）（下图），被一纽约青年给涂鸦了，还在Instgram上被直播了。Hanging Heart（1994-2006）一共有5种不同色配。

Bouquet of Tulips：

Koons在2016年的时候给巴黎市捐了上面的雕像，来今年巴黎恐袭的受害者。结果，24名艺术界知名人士发表了公开信，反对雕像被放在Palais de Tokyo外，认为这个雕像只配放在Trump Tower前。去年，巴黎市政府最后决定，将雕像放在Petit Palais的花园里。

流行文化：

Jeff Koons和Andy Warhol一样，喜欢参与各种流行化的设计和包装，专辑封面，广告，限量商品，无所不在。
