对于第一代移民,如果完全美国化计十分.如果活得完全象个中国人计零分.你会是几分?

There is a score based on self-assessment. There is a score based on others judgement. They can be different.

However, as first generation migrate, everyone is somewhat in between. There is no right or wrong as long as you are happy living in another country.

As we raise kids, we should be cautious that they are at top of the scale or at least expected to be. If this is case, as a parent, we might have to adjust our behavior to influence them. Rather than parenting, as a father, I feel more like mutual education while living with my son. As I can get feedback from him, I adjust or correct my language or behavior to fit in certain circumstances. It is very interesting.  And felt that learning never ends.
