Small story to share

Over the past weekend, I heard Jim Winkler shared his personal stories.

He loved playing tennis from a very young age. One day he played with his friend and he lost the game to his friend. He came home and complained to his dad.

His dad: How was the game?

Him: I lost. You don't know my situation. The wind was pretty strong. Every ball I hit it got into the net.

His dad thought a bit and said: Amazing, it's very amazing

Him: why amazing?

His Dad: Because your friend didn't have any wind today.

He said ever since that time. He never complained losing a tennis game to his dad. He just worked hard and try to find the issue and work on it!

发现自己也是这样。有时总在找理由，最后一分钟有人找，所以出来晚了；昨晚被这个电视剧吸引过去了，所以今天起不来；今天的雪道太冰了，所以滑得不爽；等等。也许心底就不愿意先承认，今天做得不好。下次要再多加15%预测的交通时间，有么有自己在10:30后关掉电视；关键要面对自己的错误，从这里开始改。

我们每人都会遇到不同的挑战，我们自己有很多习惯，但要从一点点小事开始，找到自身的原因，努力改进，才会有进步。
