SUMMARY:今天(3月25日星期四)的利率价格和昨天相比基本持平。本周以来美10年期国债的价格回涨,收益率回落至1.6%以下。这对房贷利率而言是好消息,过去一个月以来咄咄上涨的房贷利率终于开始小幅回落调整,等待时机锁定利率的人们可以出手了。目前加州重新贷款51万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率为3.125%,15年固定为2.5%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为3.000%,15年为2.25% with 0 point, plus closing cost。
房利美即将大幅度提高对投资房贷款的限制,投资房的贷款利率已经开始出现重大变动。目前已经陆续有lender发布新的大幅提高的投资房利率价格的扣点。由于投资房利率价格的不确定性,未来几天的投资房买房利率暂停发布。
