奇虎贷款利率 - CA, TX, MD, VA, FL - 10月27日星期四

奇虎贷款今日房贷利率(CA、FL、MD、TX、VA)

'SUMMARY:今天(10月27日星期四)和昨天相比稍微变差。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定维持在3.5%, 15年维持在2.75%,5/1 ARM仍为3.000%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.375%,15年固定仍为2.625%,5/1 ARM仍为2.75%。

注:除非特别说明,以下列出的利率都是基于本帖底部的贷款参数,并且是带impound account的利率。

- <=75% for Investment Property Conforming Purchase;
- <=65% for Jumbo Refi & Purchase.

For Refinance, rates are based on No Point No Fee. So APR for Refinance = Refinance Rate.
