形容"别人"(和己无关的)的暧昧关系--unspoken relationship,或者pretentious relationship;
自己的暧昧关系--intimacy,或者就说relationship(s);
老旧观念上--说illegitimate relationship,客气点就unaccepted relationship,恶意就说ill affair...

Vague (used mainly on male/female situations/emotions/attitudes). The etimological usage in the English language is not as popular as in the Chinese language.
