为取悦太太春梅，武官周守备派人终于找到在庙施工的陈经济，带回周府，香汤洗去污垢跳蚤，换上新衣鞋帽。春梅盛装相见， 互称姑表兄妹，留陈住在周家一月有余，两人私情便利。

 

朝廷下令，周守备领军征梁山泊贼王宋江。 守备让陈在家娶亲，名挂在军中。

春梅左挑右选， 陈与葛翠屏结婚。陈经济朝陪春梅， 幕伴妻子。

 

 

To please Mei, her husband sends people out to search for Chen and finally finds him in a construction for a temple, and brings to the house.  Chen takes a bath washing away fleas, putting on a fresh new clothes. Mei meets him in beautiful dress, claiming they are cousins. Chen stays in her house for more than one month, they fool around.

 

Mei’s husband receives an order to go to war, he wants Mei to help Chen get married, and also enlist Chen’s name in the military while Chen remains in Zhou’s house.

 

Mei picks Ge for Chen’s wife, Chen gets married, stays in Mei’s house, spending morning with Mei, night with Ge.
