Elizabeth Banks shimmers in a sleeveless halterneck dress as her tireless Pitch Perfect 2 promotional tour hits Paris

As she continues to promote her latest movie, Pitch Perfect 2 all over Europe, Elizabeth Banks is showing no signs of exhaustion - and she certainly isn't letting her grip on glamour slip.

After stepping out for a photocall in Rome, the 41-year-old actress and film-maker jetted over to Paris for the comedy sequel's French premiere on Tuesday night.

And the blonde beauty turned heads as she strode UGC Cine Cite's red carpet in a shimmering high halterneck black sleeveless dress, which flattered her curves with its cinched waist.

Standing tall in black patent pumps, Elizabeth accessorised with diamond earrings and a dazzling pair of rings while she toted a black clutch and wore her wavy blonde hair swept to one side.

The mother-of-two was joined at the event by her husband, Max Handelman, who she met on their first day at college back in September 1992.

As she touched down in the picturesque French capital, she shared a shot of Arc de Triomphe alongside the caption: '#Paris. Have arrived to chat #PitchPerfect2 and eat. Mostly eat.'

Elizabeth has since moved on to Berlin, where she is set to continue promoting her move ahead of its release.

The comedy sequel sees the return of the Barden Bellas, a champion college a capella group whose reputation is destroyed after a rather exposing performance in front of the President of the United States.

With their name in tatters, the group - led by Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson and Brittany Snow - must go to the a cappella world championships, and win, to be reinstated and save the Bellas.

Elizabeth starred in and produced the original film, but she adds a directing credit for the sequel.

Before the film has even been released, there is already talks of turning the franchise into a trilogy.

Rebel Wilson recently confirmed to the LA Times that she's signed up as Fat Amy once more.
