Queen Rania of Jordan Takes the Coatdress Into Royal Territory
Queen Rania of Jordan is back in Amman, the nation’s capital, after attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland with her husband, King Abdullah II last week. Her Majesty met with First Lady Elke Büdenbender, wife of German president Frank-Walter Steinmeier yesterday as part of the German delegation’s five-day trip of Jordan and Lebanon. Queen Rania wore a midnight blue coatdress, a silhouette she has worn before—she sported a red version by Givenchy to her son Crown Prince Abdullah’s graduation ceremony from military school at Sandringham.
This time around her dresscoat was composed in navy with contrasting white collar and cuffs. Elephant gray stilettos added a sense of polish, while Fendi’s python and embellished top-handle lady bag provided extra sparkle.
