Kendall Jenner is officially the third richest supermodel in the world
The 20-year-old reality star is the third highest earning supermodel of 2016, according to Forbes' annual list. Her income soared by 150% in comparison to 2015, mainly thanks to a lucrative deal with cosmetics giant Estee Lauder and her savvy use of social media and has brought home $10m this year so far.
While she is often criticised for her family's reality show and A-list connections, it seems that she's finally made a name for herself in the fashion industry, spearheading the current generation of "social supermodels".
She ties in third place with Karlie Kloss, who has temporarily hung up her heels to study at New York University, and also earned $10m this year so far.
Number one, as usual, is Gisele Bundchen, who walked her last runway at the opening ceremony at the Rio Olympics, who is still miles ahead of her model colleagues with earnings of $30.5m, followed closely by Victoria's Secret Angel Adriana Lima with $10.5 million.
Gigi Hadid also appears on the list for the first time, storming in at fifth place with $9m, alongside a number of wealthy newcomers including Taylor Hill, Jasmine Tookes, Lily Aldridge and Barbara Palvin, who all earned $4m.
