She dropped a mighty two and a half stone as she embarked on a healthy lifestyle overhaul - and Charlotte Crosby showed off the results once again on Tuesday at a signing for her fitness DVD.
Standing next to a 'before' picture in a Tesco superstore in Liverpool, Charlotte looked worlds apart from the girl she was while on holiday in Portugal back in June.
Standing tall in a magenta bodycon dress which showed just how hard she has worked and black strappy sandals, she jokingly kissed her own cardboard cut-out.
The 24-year-old Geordie Shore star, whose image was projected onto the Houses Of Parliament on Friday night, tucked into some boiled eggs to demonstrate her new diet.

Currently promoting her new 3 Minute Belly Blitz DVD, Charlotte has recently spoken out about the radical changes she has had to make to her life in order to get results.
She told Closer magazine that she had ballooned from a size 10 to a size 16.
'I'd become so self-conscious about my big body and hated my big belly,' she said. 'I'd keep my top on during sex, but now I'll whip everything off.'
And she said she was hit hard by photos of herself on the beach last summer. 'I was so mortified, I went into hiding for a month. I had people calling me a fat sl*g.'
Adding, 'I can't believe how much junk food I used to eat. I'd have seven takeaways a week, but at the weekend I could eat four in a day, plus 15-20 drinks.
Fellow fitness fanatic Vicky Pattison left the Geordie Shore house at the end of the last series and Charlotte is missing her an awful lot.
She told OK! 'She was the one in the house who would tell you if you were doing something bad. Now there's no one in the house to do that, so everyone's getting away with murder.
'I'm too scared, I'd never tell them. She's a strong character. She looks after us all. Without her there, it feels weird.'
