Breakfast: blended rice with yam, tofu with chilli oil, soy sauce, green onion and cilantro. Bell pepper with chilli oil and soy sauce.
lunch: purple potato green bean salad, chop some onion, red pepper, fresh and dry Tarragon, balsamic vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt for taste.
Dinner: pasta. whole weat penne, cherry tomato, corn, red and green onion, cilantro, basil, lemon juice and white balsamic vigegar.
