先从湾仔港湾路湾景酒店出发，到达九龙的Kai Cheung Rd，在大昌车行取车

沿着上述路线，即可来到海底隧道（英文：Cross Harbour Tunnel），正式名称为香港海底隧道，俗称红磡海底隧道，简称红隧，是香港首条由九龙通往香港岛的过海行车隧道。香港另外还有东区海底隧道及西区海底隧道通车分流，但由于两隧收费高昂（收费由HK$13-$128不等），且地理位置又不及红隧方便，故红隧挤塞的情况不但未有改善，而且日益恶化，尤其在周末及假日前夕，有时到凌晨12时仍可见到车龙。预期于2016年，东区海底隧道的30年专营权届满后，会由香港政府收回管理，挤塞的情况可逐步改善。

出了香港过海隧道，很快就来到跑马地。赛马场位于香港湾仔及铜锣湾的之间，香港岛心脏跑马地，夜色璀璨，景色迷人，是全球少数的市区马场，可容纳超过五万五千位观众，是观赏夜赛的必然选择。香港第一个赛马场就是在此兴建（另一个位于新界沙田）。跑马地的赛马场地，由一片沼泽地填平而来。第一场赛马早在 1846年举行，以后每年都继续举办，一直到今日，而夜间赛马则是1973年才开始。其后增办夜间赛马，1978年更增建沙田马场，使赛马成为香港人最热忠的博彩活动。

下山往东南走，就来到了港岛南区的浅水湾。扁形的绿色公寓是Fairmount Terrace:月租金HK$180K， 3000sqft 4BRM+4Baths. Valuation: HK$100M.

从浅水湾继续沿海岸往东行，即可来到赤柱。据说赤柱以前有很多木棉树，有鲜红色的花朵，在日出的阳光照耀下看起来像赤红色柱子，因此村名称为“赤柱”。另有说法因为昔日海盗猖狂，赤柱不但常遭劫掠亦有海盗筑巢而居，原居民称该地有“贼常住”，客家口音“贼住”后来转为带客家口音的广州话: 赤柱。其英文名Stanley 则来自前英国首相史丹利勋爵（Lord Stanley）

美利楼（英文：Murray House）是香港一座具有维多利亚时期色彩的建筑物，原址位于香港岛中环，后来迁往赤柱。目前楼层主要作为食肆用途。
