做好吃又不油腻的茄子条

 

茄子是比较难做的菜，当然，我做的鱼香茄子也非常好吃，但是对于不能太多吃油的人也勉为其难，最近，我又琢磨出了一道新型茄子的做法，好吃又少油，下面说一下做法：

 

1 两根长茄子，切成段，然后切成大约一厘米厚的片，再切成条。把全部茄子条放到一个大敞口碗中，锅里加水放水中，隔水蒸不用多长时间就软烂了，取出。

 

2 第二步就是做鸡脯肉条，做法见我前面的文章：

   

3 鸡脯肉条滑锅捞出以后锅底还有少量油，加入蒜片翻炒，蒜多一点，加酱油，加半碗水，糖、醋、蚝油，姜粒、花椒粉、胡椒粉文火煮一小会。

 

4 蒸好的茄子如果碗里有水要倒掉，把茄子倒入油锅翻炒，直至汤汁完全吸入茄子中，把鸡脯肉条倒入拌匀起锅。
