On 2/10/2023, Joe Biden welcomed the nation’s Governors to the White House during the National Governors Association Winter Meeting. Kamala Harris joined Joe Biden in the East Room. 
Joe Biden At His Own Meeting With Governors: "I'm Going To Be Quiet, Right?" Biden said, "Anyway, but what I’m going to do is — I’m going to be quiet, right?  And I’m going to turn it over to you.
MS. RODRIGUEZ:  Thank you, Mr. President —
Biden:  And then, eventually, I’m going to say something to you.  (Laughter.)  Okay?

Biden looked at Governor Murphy and said, "I told Governor Murphy once, every time I hear “the President of the United States,” I look around and say, “Where the hell is he?”  Anyway ..." 

Biden said, "whether we we’re able to implement what we’ve already done. I know — I know it’s a problem having to deal with all the money we’re sending you.  (Laughter.)  And I understand that.  But — (laughs) — you all think I’m kidding.  I think it is part of our problem. Anyway, but ... "

"When I came to office, half of you were planning painful cuts.  Your revenues were projected to be reduced by 3 percent.  Well, you know, that’s why we spent $350 billion for the first time in history and for — to every state, city, county, you shore up your budgets, your painful layoffs. "

"But the point of this is we can do — we were able to do all this and still cut the deficit by a trillion 700 billion dollars in the last two years, the largest deficit reduction in history. And you may have — we had somewhat of a debate in the State of the Union.  And — but I was glad to see everybody says we’re not going to cut Social Security and Medicare.  I noticed that happened, but I hope that’s true.  But that’s what we — Anyway, look ..."

On 2/12/23, Joe Biden’s spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre clearly had no idea what she was talking about when MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart asked her about the object shot down over the Yukon during an interview on MSNBC's "The Sunday Show".

“I ordered the take down of an unidentified object that violated Canadian airspace. NORAD Command shot down the object over the Yukon. Canadian and U.S. aircraft were scrambled, and a U.S. F-22 successfully fired at the object.” Trudeau said earlier.

KJP incoherently babbled about NORAD when asked why the American military shot down something out of the sky over Canada. “Why is the American military shooting something out of the sky over Canada?” Jonathan Capehart asked KJP. “Because it’s part of NORAD. There’s, uh, the NORAD is part of like a, part of a—it’s a, it’s a, what you call, a coalition, a consortium –" Capehart jumped in to help Karine Jean-Pierre – “A pact!” “A pact! Exactly!” KJP said. “We did it clearly in step with CANADIA!”

On 2/9/2023, Kamala Harris traveled to St. Cloud, Minnesota to discuss one of her favorite topics: Electric buses. Kamala Harris loves electric buses, “Every year, gas-powered buses add millions of tons of pollution to our atmosphere, which further accelerates the climate crisis,” Harris said. “But there’s a solution to all this – and that solution is parked right over there — these buses. Electric buses.”

"Minnesota, this is a transformative moment," she said. “The climate crisis has presented a historic challenge to our nation and to the world. It also presents a historic opportunity to create new jobs; to drive new innovation; to generate prosperity in all communities. The bus has Wi-Fi and even USB outlets next to every seat. I mean, come on, imagine — you could charge your phone!” Kamala Harris exclaimed.
