Skating

Over vacation I went skating, our family rent 2 pairs of skates. Me and my brother skated. My mom and dad looked after us. It was our first time on the ice. I kept on falling. But I got better. I held the side of the rink. After doing a couple of laps, I had to get off of the ice because some people went to clean the ice. Most people were very good at skating. I saw a girl that could do twirls in the air. She must have practiced a lot. I was skating and I fell on my knee. It really hurt, my mom took me inside the tent to get my face painted. After I got my face painted,my knee felt better. Then I practiced couple more laps,then we went. I had so much fun. But next time when I skate, I am going to land on the bottom.
