Fannie Mae从四月初开始只允许贷款总量的7%是投资房或者Second home，投资房利率
会大涨,已经有部分lender大幅提高了投资房利率，估计不久后其它贷款机构会陆续跟
进, 准备买投资房或者refinance的朋友需要抓紧时间了。


Fannie Mae tightens standards on investment properties. Treasury amendment
means it has a 7% limit on acquisition of single-family mortgage loans
secured by second home and investment properties.
