Follow 股市小书生. Start with account that not trade much this year. Take out 50k from 457. This is 5 yr target , hopefully adding 500 per month for Dollar cost average investing. Along the way, from time to time, I'll sell covert call to enhanced my return. If stock got called, I will sell ATM put to get back in. CMCSA is not the best stock but is the one fit my 50k account. 

As you can see, in any given 5 yr, the return could be as low as 3.39%
