驾车畅游新西兰，北岛南岛西海岸。穿山越岭狭隘道，崎岖蜿蜒茂林穿。

都市喧闹奥克兰，地热温泉陶波湖。白雪皑皑富士山，驱车南岛踏征途。

渡轮驶离慧玲顿，海岸景观雨倾盆。下榻小息基督城，湖中屹立树为尊。

西岸巨浪扬细雾，冰川隐现伴瀑布。浪击巨石起轰鸣，黑色沙滩海鸥慕。

忘却世界独有路，喘急河宽悬索桥。百年山洞车穿越，峭壁谷底野羊跳。

萤火虫洞荡游船，地底溶洞挂钟乳。告别乡间霍比特，挥手飞离新西兰。

Note: From Oct 2 to Oct 19, my wife and I travelled in New Zealand covering both North and South islands. From Auckland to Christchurch, from pastureland to wave-roaring west coast, we drove nearly 4,000KM on the “wrong” side of the road. The Forgotten World Highway is the most mesmerizing experience, taking 3 – 4 hours to finish 180KM trip.
