秀山：爬 corporate 楼梯

Thinking of how to expedite career development in corporate companies this couple of days, I studied a few Harvard Business Review videos, watched some recordings of speeches of the people I admire, and read some articles on the internet. Here is a summary of the thoughts across my mind and it would be my pleasure to share it with friends here:

1. Think and try the best with common sense. Keep open minded and make changes to improve things when possible.

2. Get socialized with people having common ground.

3. Be authentic to yourself and others, in work place and personal life.

4. Develop skills or things you enjoy doing and become the best.

5. Be a person with traits and characters.
