Annoyed by licensing requests

I hate to say no but I really think we need a better way to handle this.
      I can share the steps with you. I can walk you through it.
      We can give Tim and more people permissions too.
      We can have a queue in SF and share the workload among those who have permissions if necessary.
      We can follow JP's way. We can also check how the US does it.
      We can manage customer's expectations that it will take 24 hours for any licenses.

I prefer to spend my time more appropriately.
      I don't mind spending time on this if I have spare time but the fact is that I've always had things within my core responsibilities that I need to work on.
