◎简　　介　

    爱尔兰剧作家恩达·沃什（《饥饿》）亲自将其舞台剧《聊天室》（Chatroom）改编为电影剧本，并邀来《午夜凶铃》系列的日本恐怖片导演中田秀夫执导。《聊天室》主人公Jim是只位求死心切的抑郁青少年，讲述了他进入网络聊天室后发生的一连串难以控制的事情。中田秀夫表示影片基调非常黑暗，呈现了青少年的焦虑、仇恨和愤怒这些负面情绪是如何被放大以及带来的毁灭后果，同时也探讨了网络这种沟通方式的不合理性，称它“会让压抑的孩子更加压抑。”
