Bee Gees --- 史上著名流行音乐男声组合

    前些天又去图书馆淘音乐方面的书籍，这不是找到了一本，《The Art of Noise --- conversations with great songwriters》。昨天读了第二个采访，Robin Gibb。Gibbs三兄弟Barry, Robin and Maurice组成了Bee Gees。

    我在Wikipedia上浏览了有关Bee Gees的总体介绍，特别是在YouTube里选听了他们的No.1 hits之后，无法形容我在那一刻的陶醉。多么悦耳的声音，套用一句我不太喜欢的流行语句：好听的令我的耳朵都怀孕了！

“The group sang recognisable three-part tight harmonies; Robin's clear vibrato（颤音） lead vocals were a hallmark of their earlier hits, while Barry's R&B falsetto（假声） became their signature sound during the late 1970s and 1980s. They wrote all of their own hits, as well as writing and producing several major hits for other artists.”

"You Should Be Dancing" is a 1976 No.1 hit.  "The song was prominently featured in the movie 《Saturday Night Fever》 and appears on its soundtrack album." It won a Grammy Awards as "Best Pop Vocal Performance by a Duo or Group". 

"how Deep Is Your Love" also won Grammy's "Best Pop Vocal Performance by a Group" award in 1978.

"Stayin' Alive" won 1979 Grammy for "Best Arrangement of Voices".

"Woman in Love" for Barbra Streisand. Barry Gibb worked with her on her album 《Guilty》. He co-produced and wrote or co-wrote all 9 of the album's tracks. The album reached No.1 in both US and UK.

"Heartbreaker" for Dionne Warwick. (1982 US Adult Contemporary No.1 hit)

"Islands in the Stream" for Kenny Roger and Dolly Parton (No.1 hit)
