哈萨克族民歌《可爱的一朵玫瑰花》又名《都达尔和玛丽亚》。

歌曲背景

据有关资料显示：《都达尔和玛丽亚》是流传在中亚草原上的一支哈萨克民 歌。早在二十世纪三十年代，这首歌曲流传到了中国新疆地区。直到1939年，王洛宾接触到了这首哈萨克族民歌，并开始收集加以润色改编。整个故事的背景是 这样的。那个时候有一支新疆的哈萨克族部落迁居到了青海的海西地区，为了能在当地安居乐业，他们派了30多名代表，带着礼物前往西宁，想要与当时的青海省 政府商议“归顺”之事。 当时，王洛宾正在西宁昆仑回民中学当音乐教师，他听说从新疆过来的哈萨克人要来西宁与政府商议“归顺”之事，并且还带着能弹琴会唱歌的歌手“阿肯”。这个 消息让酷爱搜集新疆民歌的王洛宾兴奋不已。 他决定要向这些哈萨克族歌手学习民歌，并且记录他们的民歌。经当时青海省主席马步芳的同意，王洛宾约请了一位在西宁经商的维吾尔族朋友当翻译，在西宁的湟中公园请哈萨克歌手演唱了三天时间，歌曲《都达尔和玛丽亚》就是在这时记录下来的。^[1] 

当时俄国沙皇侵占了哈萨克草原，俄罗斯姑娘玛丽亚遇到了哈萨克青年都达尔便一见钟情，之后他们便相爱。后人为了纪念他们的爱情写下了这首民歌。
