Two dumplings

There are only two dumplings left. And Keke insists on giving her Mom one and sees that one in LP’s month, and chuckling. However, after she consumed her potion, she asked for more. Of course, there were no more. Then Keke made a fussy and cried out a lot.  She had done that for similar things a couple of times, we donot understand if she knows this situation.
