Counting number again

Keke is counting the number again. One, two, three, four, five, eight, nine, twenty-one, twenty-two, twenry-three, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,29, 27, 28, 29, ..

She usually skipped something from 1 to 10, then could not count 11 to 20. But continued from 21 to 29, and did not what to count, so had to count back to 20s and got up to 29 again.
