　　自少丧母性格反叛的施嘉嘉(锺嘉欣)，于扫墓时发现母亲的骨灰不翼而飞，四处奔走终在肥老板成金石(郑则士)的石厂寻回，她的孝心令石及其徒弟成日安 (马浚伟)留下好感，安更多次出手为嘉解困，并介绍嘉到妹妹成美心(陈法拉)的公司工作，嘉对安心存感激及倾慕，但自觉配不上安一直未敢明示，直至石因病入院，替石作安跑马拉松的临时教练时，两人终有机会互表心迹。
　　当一切看似风平浪静时，好高骛远的心竟意外怀孕，心为嫁有钱人一直与石的儿子金永来(曹永廉)及公司老板董家祥(郑子诚)关系纠缠不清，为怕因小失大，狠心放弃亲生骨肉，安与家人对心极度失望，心仍不悔改，醉酒后鲁莽驾驶撞伤已怀胎十月的嘉，在接二连三的打击下，安毅然对生命丧失斗志…
