《高粱红了》介绍
1945年深秋的南满某地，四连奉命护送一支地方工作队渡过塔河，前往新区
建立政权。四连是一个新组建的连队，指战员全都来自于山东老区，大部分都是二十岁上下的年轻人，二十岁出头的林玉生刚刚由排长提拔为指导员。途中他们遭到 了敌人的伏击，四连和工作队均损失惨重，林玉生身负重伤，工作队女队员李秋英下落不明，不久被判定为牺牲。从此之后，“塔河之战”成为四连历史上的一个耻 辱。林玉生曾是山东小八路，性格敏感细腻，他同李秋英相识于抗战时期一次捕伏战斗中。那时候他们都还是少男少女，特殊的条件和氛围形成了两人谁也不服谁的 心理，这种较劲的状态被沿袭下来。两人都曾经试图把感情向前推进，但一直收效不大。两人相处时，秋英常常对林玉生的水平和能力表示怀疑。林玉生每次都是窝 着一口气，决心用行动证明自己。连长迟贵义告诉林玉生说，没有秋霜，红不了高粱，连队是这样，男女之爱也是这样
